The Lipizzan Companies take a straight forward approach to investing in oil and gas. We drill vertical wells in the mid continent with a focus on Pennsylvanian age Lansing/Kansas City zones and complete the wells using conventional methods. We try to stick to a 75%/25% split between wildcat and developmental drilling to mitigate risk. Most of the areas we are exploring are relatively shallow helping to keep drilling costs down. We are not actively searching for investors but are always open to conversations in that regard.
